I just found this on the Continental Airlines site. Even if I wanted to weather 6+ hour delays, I wouldn’t have made it to Omaha anyway. The flights, including the one I was booked was not only delayed, but cancelled!

The Good News Is:
Due to the rescheduling, some students had to drop out of the classes. SO Lincoln area Pickles, there is room in BOTH classes — The Embellished Katmandu Bag and the 3-D Geisha Classes.
They are full day classes:
The Embellished Katmandu Bag — Saturday, April 5
3-D Geisha Wallhanging — Sunday, April 6
Both classes will teach you techniques that you’ve never learned before in a quilting class, and techniques that you can adapt to all of your future quilting, sewing and home dec projects! You won’t be sorry!
To sign up (and you better make it quick as these classes will sell out – again) Telephone Nancy Holman at (402) 437-2712 to make a reservation — TODAY!

How would you like a Pickles webring to connect all your blogging Pickles? Let me know your thoughts. Haven’t seen one so if it exists sorry to bother. I can set it up and admin it if you like.
Enjoy your blog!
Sounds like fun. Would you mind telling me how a web ring works? I’m an idiot! xoxom

I was glad to see that the flight was cancelled. I was half afraid that after the class was cancelled that the weather would cooperate and be fine. Glad you are not out there trying to get to Omaha today! Enjoy your weekend!
See you in April!

Part of me is sorry that you got snowed out of coming for the classes, but the other part of me is happy because this allowed me to take the class I really, really wanted. So extremely sorry about your bad weather but your misery is my gain. Hope you have a very warm weekend.
