Quilters Take Raleigh, a fundraiser for the Alliance for American Quilts, is sponsored by Rowan and FreeSpirit Fabrics and will be held Friday, June 22 starting at 7pm at the Raleigh Convention Center as part of the Original Sewing & Quilt Expo.
We’ll start the night with a chocolate buffet and the program includes the launch of our Go Tell It at the Quilt Show project and a panel discussion with John Adams, Tula Pink, Beth Hayes and others from all corners of the quilt world. The $45 ticket includes one-day admission to the Original Sewing & Quilt Expo on Friday where you’ll see the debut of our 2012 “Home” contest quilts.
