15 Days to the Kidney Transplant!

Image

In exactly 15 days from today, I will receive a kidney from my friend and neighbor, Mary Eichler! Please, do not worry and/or pray for me, and I only ask that you keep me in good thought. On the other hand, I would greatly appreciate it if your prayers and cards and thoughtfulness and notes of support go directly to Kidney Mary – after all, SHE, and she alone, is the HERO here.

Here is her address:

“Kidney Mary” Eichler;

29 Parker Road;

Long Valley, NJ 07853

    She is our hero and so are you. You have hung in there and now we’re so close to seeing a healthy Mark. I will have both of you in my prayers!

    Kidney Mary is certainly a hero and you have been so blessed to have her in your life. Now she will become a part of you. I will be thinking of you both and hoping and praying that you both have a quick recovery.

    Why limit God? He’s big enough to take care of both of you!!! As big a gift as this is for you to receive, the giver receives so much more! Mary is a very special woman and I am so glad she has become your friend. You are both a blessing to so many!!! Prayers for an easy surgery and fast, complete recovery for both of you.

    I’ll be praying for you both, of course. As farmquilter says, God’s big enough to take care of both of you. Hope everything goes well with both surgeries and that you both have a speedy recovery.

    Today, March 14th, is World Kidney Day. As we honor Mary and send good wishes to Mark take time to learn about this this important body part and what we can do to keep ourselves and our loved ones well.
