My UNEXPECTED new stash! Woooo Whooo!

Many of you know my sweet buddy, Kathy Brown!

Kathy is the owner/designer of The Teacher’s Pet.

Please CLICK HERE to get to Kathy’s website.

DO NOT just start Googling “Teacher’s Pet!”

You’ll find a naked coed bending over a desk (if you catch my drift . . . )

… Ahemmmmm

Kathy is the designer of the very popular Take 5 pattern.

Kathy and I met when we both designed our first line of fabrics for the nasty Wicked Witch of the West Troy Fabrics.

And since that time Kathy has written two books:

Kathy’s books are published by That Patchwork Place.

Sooooooo…

I get a posting on Facebook the other day that I should be finding a surprise in my mailbox in a day or two.

Of course, I asked if I had to blow it up and if it wore lipstick?

(A man needs to know these things.  Don’t ask!)

She said, “No!”

BUT LOOKIE! LOOKIE! WHAT I GOT!

Kathy’s beautiful line of fabric that she’s now HAPPILY designing for RED ROOSTER FABRICS.

This is Kathy’s ELLA  line (in independent quilt shops NOW).

Here’s a quilt you can make with Ella

AND look what else Miss Thang included in the box . .  .

2 of the most BEE-U-TEA-FULL fabric covered, brown paper filled journals for my art journaling projects.

I LOVE ME SOME KATHY BROWN!

And I hope, cupcake, that YOU have a KATHY BROWN in your life, too!  xoxom

Love friends like this – friends who just send you something, even a short note to say they care. I am sure you feel loved!

Love those dots in the line.
